Terms of Service & Platform Guidelines
1. 18+ Mature Age Requirement
Uncensored AI Art (uncensoredaiart.com) provides access to uncensored community art prompts generated by artificial intelligence models. By accessing this platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence). If you are under 18, you must leave this platform immediately.
2. Synthetic Media Disclaimer
Every image indexed on this website is generated through algorithmic diffusion processes. No real individuals, real photographers, or copyrighted camera capture files are stored on our servers. Images are served from open community CDNs without referral tracking.
3. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Imagery
We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual deepfakes of real persons, or terrorist/violent extremist content. Our automated stealth ingestion pipeline employs automated keyword rejection filters, and human reviews are conducted continuously.
4. Prompt Usage and Creative Commons
Text prompts, parameter configurations, guidance values, and seed tokens are indexed for educational and creative study. Users are encouraged to copy and adapt prompts for their own generative workflows.
